Accent Inns wanted a fun and exciting way to introduce new employees to their upbeat, fun-loving workplace. My solution was to build on their pre-existing rubber duck mascot, creating a training course hosted by these playful characters, which I designed and brought to life in 3D.

The safety onboarding project features 16 unique ducks, each with individually modeled clothing and hand-painted textures to ensure no two are alike. Every character was fully rigged in Blender, making them completely poseable and ready to be animated or positioned in any scenario. This flexibility allowed the ducks to be easily reused across multiple training modules, streamlining the workflow while keeping the visuals engaging and consistent.
