Accent Inns wanted a fun, engaging way to welcome new employees to their upbeat, fun-loving workplace. I expanded on their rubber duck mascot, creating a playful 3D training course hosted by these characters to capture the brand’s spirit and energy.

The training content walks new employees through key topics related to Accent Inns’ safety regulations, with the ducklings demonstrating procedures and helping emphasize important points along the way.
Project Workflow
The safety onboarding project features 16 unique ducks, each with custom-modeled clothing and hand-painted textures to ensure no two are alike. Every character was fully rigged in Blender, making them completely poseable and ready for animation or placement in any scenario. This flexibility allowed the ducks to be reused across multiple training modules, streamlining production while keeping the visuals engaging and consistent.
