An animated and interactive video project designed to onboard new employees at Hot Neon, exciting and preparing them for their new roles while introducing key company procedures.
The goal was to create an onboarding experience that felt both professional and exciting. By combining polished animated videos with interactive 3D islands, the course guided new employees through the four phases of production while introducing them to Hot Neon’s culture and procedures. The result was an engaging and memorable introduction that balanced energy with clear, practical information.
Project Workflow
As the art director on this project, I aimed to develop a visual style that captured the fun, energetic spirit of Hot Neon so new employees could immediately connect with the company’s culture. I landed on a comic inspired halftone aesthetic, which not only reinforced the playful tone but also translated seamlessly across the UX, animations, and 3D elements.
