Instructional videos helping medical professionals provide compassionate, informed care to patients engaged in sex work. Illustrator visuals animated in After Effects combine clarity with approachability.
The goal was to create a series of videos and interactive resources that accurately depict the challenges faced by individuals engaged in sex work. This approach allowed medical professionals to better understand these experiences and, in turn, provide care that is both compassionate and practical.
Project Workflow
The challenge of this project was simplifying broad and often abstract issues, such as systemic healthcare barriers, into visuals that felt welcoming and supportive. The final videos relied on metaphor driven imagery and clear iconography to present sensitive topics in a way that was both engaging and accessible for viewers.
